Healthy lifestyle lays a foundation to your longevity. No doubts, healthy habits may not be easy to commit to but here are some pieces of advice that are sure to help you develope your discipline and determination:

  1. 70% of your success depends on your eating habits. Cut down on eating junk food, GM foods and processed food. It contains a great number of food additives which have a harmful impact on our health and cause obesity, addiction as a result. Instead plan ahead your substential meals. Hearty breakfast should comprise of carbs to boost your energy level. Lunch should contain unsaturated fats and a light meal for supper (f.e. salad which is rich in fibre) seems to be perfect.
  2. In case you have a healthy appetite and such problem as overeating is your life companion, buy a small blue plate. This colour will reduce your appetite and small portions will make your metabolism quicker.
  3. If you arrived at a decision to live a healthy lifestyle, so working out is an inevitable part of it. Following a fitness program will help you loose weight, build muscles and develope endurance. Take up exercises on a regular basis and in a while you will not be able to go without sport.
So, eating nourishing meals and sticking to your fitness program will help you live a long and happy life!
